Here we are with the last fashion post shot in a Parisian scenery, time flies so fast and I can’t believe that I’ll be in New York in a few days! Everything seams so unreal lately with the moving out, last exams, end of school and my upcoming trip, but even though I’m a little stressed I can’t hide how excited I am.
I’m currently staying at my parents’ home to spend some family time in the nature of the French countryside, away from the hecticness of Paris. Don’t misunderstand me, I do love Paris and I’m thankful I got to live and shoot so many outfits in this wonderful city, I remember when I arrived in the city of lights 5 years ago filled with hope, expectations and motivation. Motivation never stopped growing and I’m satisfied about what I experienced there, that made me grow up in every way and gave me the hacks to strive for more in my life. In addition I met the greatest people ever, including schoolmates, bloggers, colleagues, photographers, my love Eliott and best friend Katia.
To celebrate the last Parisian post before a quite long time I guess, I wanted to feature the everlasting black and white combo but with a modern twist collaborating with a made in Paris brand: Cholat. I picked up this black set to style it in a more season-relevant way layering the cropped top over a men white shirt. If you have been following me for quite a long time you may know that layering isn’t an art I naturally master. But after being exposed to many layering-pros and spending hours on Instagram/Pinterest I kind of adopted layering reflexes that give a new breath to my wardrobe and multiply the options. I added some statement earrings (also by Cholat by the way) and a pair of camel laced-up sandals to keep it fun and not too uniform-like. I truly feel blessed for having lived in such an inspiring environment and then moving away to discover a bit more of what the world has to offer. I will share as much as I can once I’m in New York and I’m happy to take you all with me in this adventure. Love you Babes! Bisous.
