Gypsy back to school

Summer vacation has been shorter than usual this year for me cause I’m already back to school. I’ve had really good time with my friends, family, boyfriend and liked every place we’ve been to, now let’s get back to work. I’m now attending my second year of Master meaning it’s my last back to school ever and I must admit it gets me a bit nostalgic (just a bit).

Of course I’ll miss the lazy and procrastinating person I am on holidays but there is something that thrills me about the fresh start that is back to school. You take good resolutions, shake up your style and that’s where I get to the point of this post: My school allows almost any type of outfit ranging from mini shorts, bodycon dresses to seakers so I can’t complain about that and jumped on the occasion to offer you my interpretation of a back to school attire. I wanted to play it boho/gypsy but yet school material so I thought it would be the perfect occasion to feature that Jennyfer black maxi dress with its lace and embroidery detailings. I hadn’t been shopping at Jennyfer for ages cause it had a “teenager” label stuck on. However I always say that if you shop smart you can find good pieces everywhere (well, maybe not at Desigual but that’s another issue). In addition, I prefer spoiling on shoes and bags than clothes (which are most of the time basics in my case) so I guess I’ll keep an eye on what they’re doing.
To make the dress more Septembery (can we say that?) I accessorized it with my leather jacket and a pair of booties. Regarding the hairstyle I wanted to stick to one I have most of the time owinf to a lack of time and motivation: an effortless bun! I hope you liked this outfit, don’t hesitate to let me know what will be yours for school/work! Bisous.
