Pantone Black

I’ve got to tell you about my new obsession: bodysuits! You can basically find them anywhere now and I regularly buy one as if I was treating myself with a good pastry (except that it doesn’t make me fat!).

When it comes to bodysuits, I always had in mind the breath-taking Jennifer Grey in Dirty Dancing wearing that coral pink one in a wise but sensual way. More than high heels and miniskirts, the bodysuit is to me the ultimate feminine piece you can own. It immediately adds something effortlessly sexy to a casual outfit and always shapes your silhouette way better than the wrinkled t-shirt we were tucking in our jeans so far. I bought that Zara one a few weeks ago (meaning it’s already not in store anymore lol) and were attracted by its stripy texture that allows me to be braless and it asymmetrical design in the back. I paired it with my favorite Subdued black jeans and a black matador hat and my pair of burgundy platforms to bring some color anyway (yes, that burgundy dash changes everything!). This outfit may not be Summer material but unfortunately in Paris it is… I don’t think we’d ever had such a shitty Summer in Paris, sun seems to be imprisoned by an army of clouds since January and can’t figure out a way to show up. I am the kind of girl who can be really affected by a poor weather and plummet in a deep spleen since I can’t wear my beloved collection of denim shorts! And you what are your go-to summer pieces? Bisous.
