She’s like the wind

laparvenue fashion blog paris raphaelle leboeuf subdued shorts1Hi there, I’m currently writing this post in the train to my parent’s home and I am in a pretty good mood since I’m about to enjoy a few days away from the vivid and sometimes tiring city.

But today I’m frenetically typing on my laptop drinking an already melted iced soy latte and I feel like this time, it’s people who are looking at me! Especially that blond girl on the other side of the aisle. We’re both wearing sneakers, jeans, a grey cropped top and she friendly glanced at me when she sat, as if our style and similar age had made us unsaid travelling acolytes. From here I can see that she’s Instagram scrolling and I’m wondering if she would follow me if she stumbled on my account! Anyway, if you, my blondie new friend, stop by my blog by unlikely chance, know that your shoes rock!

Back to the outfit: this long and flowy thing I’m wearing as a jacket/cardigan is actually a dress that I had already worn in another outfit here. I love buying versatile pieces and style them in so many different ways as if I owned tons of clothes. I actually has no other choice but wearing something long to cover my butt since those shorts are very exposing in the back. Not that I’m particularly shy about that but I don’t want to make people feel uncomfortable (including my boyfriend lol). This reminds me of how free we were in Ibiza last summer with my girls taking the bus and walking in the streets wearing bikinis surrounded by people following that same dress code. I really miss this island and all the good memories attached.Such a summery outfit makes me wanna tell you a bit about my holidays plans: I end school at the end of July so I had to play Tetris with dates to manage my time the best way. I’m gonna enjoy a girls only trip in the Alps with my sister and cousin, then I’ll spend time in Amsterdam with my sister (tell me about your hot spots there if you have some) and I’ll skip school days in September for a trip to Morocco with my boyfriend Eliott. It may seem a bit early to talk about summer plans but that something that warms you up months before when you’re having tough time at work/school like « who cares? I’m going on vacations Bi***es! ». Be sure I’ll tell you more about all this in details later, and you do you already have plans for the sunny months to come? Bisous.
