Here we are for our monthly closet visit! Today I take you to Julia’s place filled with vintage jewellery and souvenirs from her numerous trips, fasten your belt:
What do you do in life?
I’m a graphist for several feminine magazines in Paris and I have my own fashion blog: Today Will Be Great
How would you describe your style?
My style is always evolving over the time, I wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly what my style is, however I know for sure that It’s not a working-girl one, I can’t wear heels! Actually sometimes I feel like I still dress like a teenager.
what are your favorite brands and designers?
Sorry if I’m not so groundbreaking but I’d say American Apparel, Zara, & Other Stories and I shop a lot online when I can’t sleep at night. Since I’ve been to Lanvin exhibition I fell in love with this brand which I didn’t suspect to be so up-to-date, and as all women in this world I’m a big fan of Balmain and can’t wait for its upcoming collaboration with H&M!
Who are your style icons?
Cara Delevingne! I can’t explain why but she has this je ne sais quoi that makes mythic models. Anine Bing also also has a nice style, just like Sincerly Jules who is so skilled to pair staples and make them look amazing.
Is there a trend you’d like to put an end to?
We lately witnessed an outbreak of awfull culotte-trousers which are really unflattering no matter your figure.
What’s gonna be your next purchase?
A beautiful designer bag I would splurge my wage on.
3 thing you couldn’t live without:
Salted butter, my phone and my adorable cat!
I had a sweet moment interviewing Julia and we already planned to see each other again for some more pictures. Hope you liked this post and see you next month for another Closet Visit! Bisous.
