Parisian Adventurer

laparvenue fashion blog paris

Hello guys! Things went so fast lately between school work and blogging appointments but I won’t complain because this is exactly the way I like them. Thanks to press days I discovered new brands last week that I really want to talk to you about and even feature some of their pieces on the blog very soon. Today’s outfit is one of my favorite, something you feel comfortable and free to move in. Maxi-dresses/skirts are my go-to pieces lately and I think I’ll stick to them this summer because they make me feel taller (don’t know why) and immediately offset my occasional lack of feminine appearance!

The reason why I went for this kind of adventurer look (yes, there are palmtrees on the bag!) is probably due to my excitement regarding the trips I have planned for this summer! I’ve been talking to you about this a few weeks ago and now it’s time for me to unveil the destinations: First I’ll go for 5 days to Ibiza right after my exams with a bunch of girlfriends to party and lie on the beach like fat seals. If someone had told me a few years ago that I’d be the kind of girl who travels to Ibiza I wouldn’t have believe an inch of it. But when my friend Katia invited me to be part of what is one of her things to do before I die list I just couldn’t say no and thought it would make sens to celebrate my Bachelor diploma in advance! Then I’ll take a plane to spend 10 days with my friend Mira on the other side of the world: Philippines! It still sounds unreal when I talk about it with her and needless to say how excited we are! We’re gonna stay at Ella’s place who is a friend we have in common since we all met during an internship at Karla Otto last year (life is crazy right?!).
I haven’t been travelling abroad a lot until now, maybe due to lack of time and mainly money, so I take this summer as a deserved reward after several internshiped-summers away from the sun (which explains the color of my skin on the pictures!). Anyway I’ll talk to you more about it very soon cause I’ve done more than enough today, but if you have some cool spots to advice in Ibiza or Philippines, let me know! Bisous.
